Born on December 25, 1970, in the city of Krasnyi Luch, Voroshylovgrad Region. In 1989-1992, he served in the Navy.

In 1997, he graduated with honors from the Higher School of Business in Alchevsk, Luhansk Region. In 2009, he received a specialist diploma in International Economics at V. Dal’ Luhansk East Ukrainian National University.

Chairman of the International Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (MSUP), President of the All-Ukrainian Charitable Fund “Russian-Ukrainian Cooperation” (BF RUS), co-chairman of the Expert Council on the Expansion of Russian-Ukrainian Economic Cooperation under the Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship of the 5th convocation, responsible for publishing “INTERNATIONAL LIFE” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in the territory of Ukraine, full member of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society (IPPO) on behalf of Ukraine.
